  This is the most unprofessional doctors office and a very sad follow up to Dr. Sacks years of dedicated service to his patients-i'm reading the reviews and see that everyone has the same problems my husband has been on a medication for years with Dr. Sack, also a medication that you're not supposed to just stop taking-every month it is a big fiasco to call in and get a refill, it takes days and days.... this time after my husband has been without his medicine for five days we were told we need to make an appointment and we drive 65 miles across town to the appointment and sat in the waiting office for 30 minutes and then were called back and told him that he was no longer going to prescribe this medication!! They could not have told us this over the phone ? They actually then had the audacity to call us up there and ask for a payment!!! what a joke!!! Do Not waste your time at this joke of a doctors office, it is a shame to go to such a caring great doctor like Dr. Sack and then have his practice handed over to a bunch of monkeys that know nothing and could care less there's not even patients in the back of the office in the waiting room had at least 15 people just sitting there they actually make you wait after you've seen the doctor for another 30 minutes to an hour to give them payment it's the rudest most unprofessional place I've seen in my life
