  If I could have given zero stars I would have. I hired this firm to handle my simple car wreck case because I didn't want to have to deal with the run-around from the insurance company. Liability was clear - I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop sign and the driver that hit me attempted to flee the scene. Despite the clear liability of this case, this firm could not manage to competently prosecute this case.
  
  This firm has two main problems - 1) they won't communicate with the client and 2) they don't want to have to actually work. My case was in their office for a year and nine months. They never returned calls and bounced me around from one paralegal from another, none of whom seemed to know what they were doing. They abandoned my case 2 months before the statute of limitations was due to expire and left me high and dry. I got a copy of my file from them and it showed no actual work had ever been done on my case. When I finally demanded to speak to Chris Soileau personally, he didn't even know the facts of my case. Rather, he passed my case off to a revolving team of unlicensed paralegals who simply took whatever initial settlement offer the insurance company made and did nothing to advocate on my behalf. I could have done that myself and I'm sure the run-around I would have gotten from the insurance company would have been a lot less than the run-around I got from this firm.
